Charlie’s Neutral Newborn Photo Session in the Richardson Studio
This post is special to me. It’s the session — or maybe multiple mini-sessions — of my own, sweet, fourth baby.
Charlie is just over 2 weeks now.
I’m SO sad to say that I have almost no newborn pictures of my first child and only a couple of my second child. But I am SO glad to have these!
Just like with my third, I’ve done a couple pictures here and a couple pictures there.
So close after birth, I don’t have the stamina for a full 3-hour newborn session, but I can manage 20 minutes now and then for some shots. (photo credit to my talented husband for the above 2 images)
The siblings are so happy Charlie is here. They have been talking to him for months, in my tummy. Now that he’s finally here, they can’t seem to give enough kisses and “sweet pats” and hugs. They adore him.
I love being able to capture these sweet features. The newborn fuzz, tiny ears, little feet… they are all just so CUTE and only last a little while.
Curly little newborn toes.
Charlie looks so much like my second when he was born.
It will be interesting to see how far the similarity goes… whether his temperament will be more similar to the second born or the third born. Time will tell.
Welcome to the world, baby Charlie! We sure are glad you’re here.
My second born keeps saying, “I sure do like baby Charlie!”
Yep. I feel the same.
